When used in unit combat:
adds +1 morale to attacks and +2 to morale checks for all units within reasonable view. Say, 500’ w/o obstruction radius.
When on a hill or tower or the like, may increase distance.

adds +2 hits from the unit carrying the banner each round in unit combat.
